THE OFFICIAL CHURCH

Providing the grounds for the majority of the festival, the historic Hartwood Presbyterian Church has been serving the Stafford and Fredericksburg community since the Revolutionary War! They would like to invite you to come out and feel at home with them on Sunday, or any of the other times they will be holding events or activities.

THE OFFICIAL HOSPITAL

The Stafford Hospital Center, part of the Mary Washington Healthcare system, opened in late February 2009. Providing access to more outpatient surgery, imaging (x-rays and advanced technology) and other important services, the 72 acre site includes wetlands, and MediCorp has begun to work with environmental groups to preserve this area for community use.

Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative is a locally based and locally owned not-for-profit electric distribution system headquartered in Manassas, Virginia. Colonial Circuits is currently pursuing its 30th year as a full service manufacturer of high quality circuit boards. They serve military, space, and commercial markets from its 40,000 square foot facility in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Colonial's capabilities include multilayer constructions, a collection of rigid, flexible, and rigid/flex materials, blind/buried vias, and a variety of other skills not found in many shops.

Development Consulting Services, PLC offers a full range of real estate development services, as well as project management and construction management. They can assist clients who have ideas, but lack the time or the project management and local construction experience needed to see the plan through to a successful and economical reality. We really like them because they are Partnering with the festival to provide additional FREE PARKING to attendee's! In the future location of the Bridlewood Estates, festival goers will have several fields of free parking!

Grace UMC has Partnered with the Festival once again, to provide what we like to call "Methodist Field". This location, right next to the Hartwood Presbyterian Church and Hartwood Firestation is an ideal location, owned by the Ashland district of the United Methodist Church.

THE OFFICIAL SHUTTLE ANGEL!!

Richland Baptist Church has Partnered with the Festival to enable those parking at the Briarwood Lot, to have a free shuttle service to the festival.

THE OFFICIAL DISPOSAL SERVICE

Shiffletts Trash Service is once the Official Disposal Service of the Hartwood Days Festival! Providing waste receptacles for the festival and on the spot removal (not to mention we get to see the truck in action...how cool is that!) Shiffletts is a residential trash company that serves Stafford, Spotsylvania and King George, VA . We have been in business for over 29 years. strive to provide the best service at a reasonable rate. In today's economic turmoil, they strive to have the best rates out there!! Look for their "CLEAN" Trash Truck on site at the festival.

The U.S. Sportsmens Alliance has partnered with the Festival to provide youth with the FREE Trailblazer Adventure Program .The U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance (USSA) provides support to protect and advance the rights of hunters, trappers, anglers, and scientific wildlife management professionals. The USSA is the only organization exclusively devoted to combating the attacks made on America’s sportsman traditions.
